"The gym journey: I was quite active as a child but as I grew older I was slightly unfit. I had a bad year and took some advice on going gym as it helps with mental health. As many new gym goers I had no clue how to hit my goals or know how to use half the equipment so decided to get a personal trainer. That how I met Lily who I’ve worked close with two days a week. She listened to my goals and worked towards them before I changed my gym journey to wanting to do a hyrox. Lily listens to her clients and sets up workout plans to cater each individual and is very good at motivating. If you're ever unsure or need help you can easily communicate to her and she will get back to you when she can. Always putting clients at the main focus of sessions and helping them to do things they never thought they could achieve. Highly recommend Lily as a PT as I wouldn’t be where I’m going without her help and support."

“The journey with fitness can be a difficult one when you start a new job, move to a new city and need to sort out your cooking, daily errands etc all by yourself! I truly believe having lily as my personal trainer was one real good decision I made as she not only made me confident in the gym, but she also helped me stay motivated and comitted to my programme and even stick to my habits such as my step count and water intake. training with her was absolutely brilliant and she is a dedicated person and trainer. "When I first started with Lily, I was very much a cardio girlie. The weights section really scared me! I wanted to start getting strong and be able to turn up to the gym confident in what I was going to do and working with Lily did exactly that for me. I loved every second! The programmes were full of different exercises, she would explain everything so well and I managed to get into a great routine. "I was quite experienced in the gym when i started coaching from lily, however after going to the gym for nearly 3 years, i still felt that i was doing something wrong as my goals weren’t being met. She helped me with some new exercises that i hadn’t heard of before or even seen before which has made the world of difference to my training sessions. She also helped me with my eating habits as i have never been the best with that. Realising the importance of the food you put into your body no matter how hard you train is the key to the whole process. As i have had some bad experiences with calorie counting in my past, she allowed me to do this without the psychological damage and stress i felt when i had done this is the past and made me realise the importance of protein for muscle growth and how every person still needs some fat in there diet to be able to train to their best ability. Lily is so encouraging and gave me so much motivation. i started working with lily in the october of 2024, and now looking at myself in april of 2025 I am feeling the best i have ever felt in myself and i have learned to love my body. I never thought this was possible as i have never been the best with self love when it comes to my body however, over time she allowed me to transform myself into a person i had aspired to be like in the future.
